Reverse Half Turn Shot Put Drill with Illinois State University Coach Jeff Rebholz
Coach Rebholz has had great success at every stop on his coaching career beginning at Carthage College and now at Illinois State University.

In this presentation Coach Rebholz discusses how he develops his athletes for the rotational shot put. At the college level, gliding will not make you the best shot thrower. You must learn how to convert from a glide throw to rotational, and that is exactly what this course provides! You will see the whole process including the training, workouts, drills, & schedule.

We are providing this drill to give you ideas on how to enhance your current practice drills. The idea is not to implement it exactly as is, but rather to tweak it to make it fit your system.
